Great World
The studio at Great World
Sggymlifestyle sits on the second level of Great World at 1 Kim Seng Promenade, #02-14. The floor is built for coached sessions: a strength hall, a conditioning corner, a mobility room and a boxing corner, with showers and lockers on the same level.
Layout
Zones on the floor
The unit is one floor, split by use rather than by walls that hide the coach. The strength hall holds the lifting platform and six racks. The conditioning corner holds two rowers, two air bikes and the start of a twelve-metre sled track. The mobility room is forty square metres of mats, away from the plates. The boxing corner has bags and pads and is not a sparring ring. You will be shown the floor on the first visit so you are not guessing where a class starts.

Kit

- Lifting platform
- Six racks
- Barbells and bumper plates for the main patterns

- Kettlebells for teaching and accessories
- Two rowers
- Two air bikes
- Sled and a 12 m track
- 40 m² mobility zone with mats
- Boxing corner with bags and pads

The room is not an unsupervised machine hall. If you are on a 1:1 or a class, the coach sets the floor. Open lifting between booked hours is not the model.
Amenities
Showers, lockers, towels, water
Showers and lockers are on the same level as the floor. Bring a lock if you want one; we do not run a valuables desk. Towels are at the front desk; you may bring your own. Filtered water is in the room. Hairdryers are in the changing area. We do not provide a spa, a café or a retail wall of supplements. Arrive ten minutes early on screen day so you are not putting shoes on during the first range test.
Clock
Access and hours
Monday to Friday 06:00–22:00, Saturday 07:00–19:00, Sunday 08:00–17:00. Entry is on the second level of Great World. Sessions are booked; the door is not an open-gym turnstile. If you arrive more than ten minutes late to a class, we may refuse the hour so the warm-up is not rewritten around a late arrival. Public holidays follow a Sunday clock unless the desk has posted otherwise.
Route
Getting here
Great World MRT (TE15) on the Thomson–East Coast Line is the usual arrival. Follow mall signs to the second level; the unit is #02-14. Buses along Kim Seng Road stop beside the mall. Paid parking is in the Great World car park; we do not reserve a bay. The entrance we use is on the second level, not a back-of-house loading door. If you are coming from the CBD, the T line is the straightforward ride. Allow extra minutes at weekday peak; a screen hour will not be extended because the train was crowded.
A map and the enquiry form sit on the contact page. Telephone +65 6737 4192 if you are already on the way and cannot find the unit.
Etiquette
How the room is used
Return plates, dumbbells and bells to the rack. Wipe what you used. Indoor shoes on the floor; outdoor shoes in the locker area. Book your class or hour; do not assume a rack is free because it looks empty. Phones on silent during a class. Film your own lift if you have asked; do not film other people. Children are not left in the locker area. If you are unwell, stay home and write to the desk. The room is small enough that one person’s flu becomes everyone’s week.
