On-site lunchtime class
A forty-five minute session in a clear 4×6 m space. Strength with dumbbells we bring, or a mobility hour if the floor is carpeted and the ceiling is low. The class is capped by the room, not by a slogan. People arrive in office clothes with shoes they can move in; we will say in the scoping call if a change of kit is needed. Water must be in the room. We do not use music that fills a whole floor of an open office.
Studio buy-out
A team takes an hour at Great World outside peak classes. Useful when the office cannot spare a floor, or when the team wants racks and a sled rather than a meeting room. Up to sixteen people on a buy-out if we split the floor; eight if you want a single coached class. Showers are on the same level so people can return to the office.
Six-week challenge
A block with a weekly session, a simple habit target and an attendance log. The “challenge” is showing up, not a public leaderboard of bodyweight. We will not run weigh-ins as entertainment. At the end you receive an anonymous summary, not a ranking of staff.
Desk-mobility workshop
A single workshop of forty-five minutes at the desk: hip extension, upper-back work, and a walk after lunch that people can repeat without a coach. We leave a one-page sheet. We do not pretend a workshop replaces a training block.
One-off wellness day
A longer visit: a morning mobility session, a lunchtime class, and a short talk on how we use a movement screen. Still no supplement stall and no body-fat theatre. If you want a stall from another vendor, that is your event, not ours.
