This notice covers two kinds of information. The first is an enquiry sent through the contact form. The second is a training record created during a movement screen or a coached block. Cookies are described near the end and in full on the Cookie Policy.
What the contact form collects
The form asks for a name, an email address, an optional telephone number, a programme preference, a message, and a consent tick. A hidden timing field and a honeypot sit beside those inputs so automated posts can be ignored. The message is used to choose two or three screen hours in the first reply. It is not used to build a marketing profile. There is no newsletter.
When the form is sent, the server checks the published rules: name length, a valid email, an optional telephone pattern, a message of at least twenty characters, and a consent value of yes. Failed fields return you to the form with an error code. Valid fields return a thank-you notice. The details are used only to write that reply. They are not saved in a database on this website, not written to a log file by the form handler, and not forwarded to a marketing tool. A continuing thread lives in the mailbox at [email protected] until the conversation ends.
A filled honeypot is discarded without a human reading it. You may still see the thank-you notice, so a script learns nothing useful. A form posted in under three seconds, or a page left open for more than two hours, is asked to submit again.
Training records
If you attend the movement screen, a sheet is written in the room. It can include range notes, pattern notes, a short load history, sleep notes, and any clinician constraint you have given us. You receive a written copy. The studio keeps a working copy so the coach who holds the block can read the same numbers you have. Session notes add load, repetitions and how the hour felt. They do not add medical diagnoses. The studio does not invent a clinical file from a training sheet.
Records are kept for the duration of an active block and for twelve months after the last session. After that they are deleted, unless a longer hold is required by law. If you ask us to delete a sheet earlier, write to [email protected] from the address on the booking. We will confirm when the working copy on our side has been removed. We cannot delete an email once it has reached a mailbox we do not control. We do not publish measurements, do not use them as testimonials, and do not place ratings on this website.
Cookies and local storage
The site sets one cookie named sgg_consent, and it writes the same choice to localStorage under the same key. The value is accept or decline. The lifetime is 180 days. The purpose is to remember whether the cookie banner should stay visible. No advertising identifier is created. No analytics package is loaded. The full table sits on the Cookie Policy.
Hosting
This website runs on shared web hosting. Shared hosting means other sites may run on the same machines. The form handler does not persist enquiry bodies. There is no customer login and no payment form on this site. Packs are arranged in the email reply or at the desk. Do not send identity documents or full medical records unless we have asked for a specific letter of clearance.
Your requests
You can ask what training records we still hold, ask for a fresh copy of a sheet, or ask for deletion under the twelve-month rule. Write to [email protected]. We reply within one working day. This notice first applied in 2026, the year the studio opened.
